Ingredients

  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cube beef Oxo™ cube
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • diced green pepper
  • diced green onion
  • diced celery
  • mushrooms

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart casserol dish.
  2. Bake at 350°F in the oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
